Our Returns & Shipping Policy
Your first pair of underwear is covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. For all subsequent purchases, given the delicate nature of what we sell, underwear returns are accepted within 21 days of receiving the product as long as it is in its original condition (meaning items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging to proceed with a return).
- Refunds with an original receipt are issued in the original form of payment shown on the receipt.
- Credit card purchases are refunded only to the same credit card used to purchase the item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
- Prepaid return labels are currently not available.
- Any product returned outside of the return policy will not be processed.
- Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
- Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.

Do you offer a warranty on My Private Pocket?
We will replace any defective merchandise that is returned to our office within 14 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.
